Users
Every user that has account on the Avenija, with verified email address can create properties. Once the property is approved from out team it will appear in the list of active properties.
To ensure that the user who registered the account has control over the email address, we ask him to confirm it. Users who have an account without a verified email address can only use the basic functionalities of the platform, such as searching for properties and changing their account information.
Properties
If you have and account on the Avenija, with verified email addres, you can create unlimited number of properties.
The list of active properties contains all properties that are approved and they are available for all users of the Avenija. Use offered fillters to find the only properties you are interested in.
Every created property will undergo a process of review by our team. Depending on the information entered our team will decide whether to approve, request changes or reject the property. For the approval of the property most important is the entered information and images to be realistic. In case of needed additional communication our team will send a message, which will be shown in the liest of the page My properties и дополнително ќе биде испратена Е-Маил порака.
Property at any moment can have only one status:
- Approved - Property is approved by our team and is shown in the active list of properties
- Waiting review - Property will be reviews at any moment by our team
- Under review - Our team is currently doing a review of the property
- Requested changes - After reviewing the property our team is requesting changes before the property is approved, the team will send message with additional information
- Rejected - The property is not eligible for approval and cannot be updated
- Banned - The property contains information that does not comply with our policies and standards and cannot be updated
- Private - A property that the user does not want to be displayed in the list of active properties and is visible only to the author
- Archived - Property wich the user doesn't want to remove or is planing to use it in the future and it wont be shown in the list of active properties
- Sold - Property which the user has sold and it wont be shown in the list of active properties
Our team will start a review as soon as possible, ranging from a couple of minutes to a couple of hours, depending of their availability. In case review is not started within a day, please contact our team by sending an email.
Properties can be marked with a special tag that is available exclusively to the user to whom the property belongs or to members of the company. This specialized tagging system is designed to improve the efficiency of real estate management by enabling users and members to easily search and analyze properties.
Companies
A company can be created by any user with a verified account, and are intended for property agencies and persons who mediate the sale and rental of properties.
Companies have access to the same functionalities as individual users. Additionally, they allow the owner to invite and manage members who are authorized to oversee and manage the company's properties.
Company members facilitate properties management for companies that have a large number of properties. Members have access to company properties and can add, edit and delete properties.
The sent membership invitation has a duration of 24 hours, after this period the company owner can send the invitation again.
Pages
Pages provide a centralized, publicly accessible space where user or company information is displayed, along with all active properties.
The page can be accessed from either the property card or the separate property page. The link is available through the user's or company's name, provided they have entered a page and it is currently active. In addition all active pages can be accessed via the separate pages page at Avenija.
